1. LinkedIn-connect with every recruiter from the hospitals you want to get into. Then send them a messaging saying thank you for connecting with me, and that you are very interested in getting a job there and is there any openings. Many people won’t respond to you, but a lot will. Keep connecting
2. Network- ask everyone you know in the hospital to hand in your resume or to get you a recruiters phone number or email and connect
3. Go down in person and hand in you resume-when you go to HR in person, your a step above the people who just applied online. They will see a person to the resume and will be more likely to give you an application, or call you for an interview
4. Show them you really want it-keep following up and calling/emailing them . This will show you are persistent and really want the job.
